Age 5 - 6
Preschool
The Preschool programme aims to prepare children for school in the gentlest way possible, unlock their potential, and instil a love for learning. The programme is designed for a smooth transition from play to school education. We focus on the development of communicative skills and the individual abilities of each student. The advantages include small group lessons, the presence of a tutor in every class, and the opportunity for a free trial lesson.
The educational programme includes neuropsychological preparation, speech and literacy development, first steps in mathematics, introduction to the surrounding world, creative activities, and English language learning.

Age 6 - 11
Primary school
In primary school, we shift the focus towards expanding academic horizons and enhancing social skills. Students develop research and critical thinking skills, preparing them for more advanced learning.
Socially, the primary school at Adriatic College promotes collaboration and teamwork, allowing students to work effectively in groups and develop empathy and understanding of diverse perspectives.

Age 11 - 16
Middle school
Secondary school at Adriatic College is where students achieve academic and social maturity. In education, students delve deeper into subject matter, enhancing their critical thinking and analytical skills. Independent research comes to the forefront, fostering autonomy and readiness for higher-level education.
Secondary school strengthens personal identity and self-esteem, contributing to the development of practical communication skills. Our students develop an awareness of global issues and their societal role while improving their problem-solving skills.

Age 16 - 19
High school
In the sixth form, our students can prepare for and undertake the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP). The IB DP is a two-year international programme designed for sixth-form students.
At Adriatic College, the International Baccalaureate programme offers students a wide range of subjects, allowing them to tailor the curriculum to their interests. Upon completion of the programme, students who have successfully passed the international exams and completed their coursework receive an internationally recognised diploma. This diploma is recognised by universities worldwide and opens up opportunities for admission to higher education institutions.

Who Works at Adriatic College
Behind the school’s day-to-day work is a team of teachers, coordinators and administrative staff.
Each person on this team has their own role, experience and perspective on education — and all of this shapes the school environment that children and parents see every day.
If it matters to you who creates this environment every day, get to know the school team better.
